5.2 General Bonus Guidelines

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be completed first.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses: up to 0.5% at Bronze level, up to 1.0% at Silver level, and up to 1.5% at Gold level. Cashback is calculated by deducting total winnings from total losses for that week and applying the relevant rate.

All game results are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). Rounds that are left incomplete due to a technical error may be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
